According to BlockBeats, on August 3rd, OKX Ventures has never invested in Dow Protocol, and any claims regarding OKX Ventures' involvement in its financing are false. This false information has negatively impacted OKX Ventures' brand reputation, and OKX Ventures strongly condemns it and reserves all rights to pursue legal action against the relevant parties.

Binance Wallet is hosting the fifth season of its on-chain trading rewards event, focusing on the BSC token.
According to an official announcement, Binance Wallet has launched the fifth season of its On-Chain Trading Rewards program, focusing on tokens on BNBSmartChain (BSC). The registration and competition period is from 10:00 AM on August 3, 2026 to 10:00 AM on August 17, 2026 (UTC). The public review period is from 10:00 AM on August 17 to 10:00 AM on August 20, 2026, and the internal review period is from 8:00 AM on August 20 to 10:00 AM on August 23, 2026. Participants must register and trade BSC tokens using Binance Wallet, and rankings will be based on realized profits and losses. The total prize pool is 50,000 USDT, with the top 300 participants receiving rewards: 1st place 8,500 USDT, 2nd place 5,500 USDT, and 3rd place 3,500 USDT.
Survey: Cryptocurrency usage in Switzerland reaches 23%, more than double that of Germany.
According to BlockBeats, a recent Bearingpoint survey released on August 3rd shows that 23% of Swiss adults use cryptocurrency at least occasionally, significantly higher than Austria's 18% and Germany's 11%. Furthermore, 37% of Swiss respondents believe cryptocurrency is a worthwhile investment, 45% believe it could serve as a future international trade or reserve currency, and 44% expressed willingness to use central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), all figures higher than in Germany and Austria.
The report points out that since Switzerland implemented the DLT Act in 2021, it has developed a mature crypto ecosystem, with Crypto Valley home to 1,749 blockchain and DLT companies. Germany, on the other hand, plans to leverage traditional banking channels such as DZ Bank and Dekabank to promote crypto asset services in order to narrow the adoption gap with Switzerland.
US-listed crypto stocks generally fell in pre-market trading, with Coinbase down 1.25% and Circle down 5.45%.
According to BlockBeats, on August 3rd, data from BIT (Bit.com) showed that most US-listed crypto stocks were lower in pre-market trading. SharpLink (SBET) fell 1.52%, Bitmine Immersion (BMNR) fell 2.20%, Bullish (BLSH) fell 1.33%, Circle (CRCL) fell 5.45%, Strategy (MSTR) fell 1.23%, and Coinbase (COIN) fell 1.25%. Circle saw the largest pre-market decline.
Robinhood has been granted permission to offer cryptocurrency services in the UK.
Odaily reports that online brokerage Robinhood has been granted permission to offer cryptocurrency services in the UK. Its existing registration with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) means the company complies with the regulator's anti-money laundering requirements. Robinhood's new cryptocurrency service license comes into effect in October 2027, prior to the implementation of a more comprehensive UK regulatory framework.
