The yield on the two-year U.S. Treasury note, which is sensitive to interest rate changes, rose as much as 3 basis points to 4.24%, a new high since February 2025; the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury yield also rose 3 basis points to 4.59%.

Swap trading data shows that the market has almost fully priced in a Federal Reserve rate hike in September, compared to about a 66% probability a week ago. "The market is currently quite sensitive to news regarding Iran."

Kenneth Crompton, head of interest rate strategy at National Australia Bank, said, "The market did not expect a repeat of the tensions seen in March, but given the ongoing attacks over the weekend and the attacks on Russian oil refining facilities, a renewed sense of vigilance is emerging in market sentiment."

Some of Warsh's colleagues are increasingly concerned about inflation and may push for discussions on interest rate hikes when the Federal Reserve meets on July 28-29. Warsh will have the opportunity to guide this consensus when he testifies before Congress this week. He will then have access to the latest June inflation data—one of the last batch of important data released before the meeting.

According to BlockBeats, on July 13th, Hyperinsight monitoring showed that SK Hynix's price plummeted, triggering a series of forced liquidations of long positions. In the past four hours, SK Hynix's US stock and underlying stock contracts saw a total liquidation of approximately $24.79 million, surpassing BTC and ETH to rank first across the entire network; notably, SKHX also experienced the largest single liquidation across the entire network during the same period.

This round of liquidations primarily involved three large long positions. Over the past two hours, these three addresses triggered 10 forced liquidations, liquidating approximately $13.95 million worth of long positions and resulting in a loss of approximately $1.59 million. The liquidation price dropped from approximately $1,391 to $1,309, a decline of nearly 6%.

As of press time, one of the three whales (starting with 0x4b2) has not yet fully liquidated its positions. It currently holds approximately 687 long positions in SKHX, with a notional value of approximately $900,000. The position return is approximately -119%, and the liquidation price is $1,292, which is less than $20 away from the current price and is still in the high-risk liquidation zone.
