According to BlockBeats, a new report from Binance Research Institute on June 24 shows that the size of tokenized real-world assets (RWA) on-chain has grown by 589% since the beginning of 2025, now exceeding $31.4 billion, further expanding from $21.5 billion at the beginning of 2026, and growing approximately five times in size since the beginning of 2025.

The main drivers of growth came from bonds and money market funds, with these two asset classes adding approximately $6.5 billion, representing an 83% increase. Tokenized U.S. Treasury bonds, money market funds, gold-backed assets, and tokenized listed stocks were the primary drivers of this growth. Among these, tokenized stocks, despite their relatively small base, saw particularly strong growth, indicating that issuers are testing whether blockchain technology can support the circulation of a wider range of traditional securities assets.

Analysts point out that this round of RWA growth differs from the previous narrative in the crypto market, which was mainly based on speculative trading or DeFi yields. It is more closely linked to traditional financial infrastructure and focuses on institutional needs such as settlement efficiency, collateral liquidity, and programmable asset services.

However, compared to the global bond, money market fund, and stock markets, which are worth tens of trillions of dollars, $31.4 billion is still a drop in the ocean. The report points out that the key to the next stage of growth lies not in token issuance itself, but in the improvement of liquidity depth, legal enforceability, custody standards, and secondary market access. The regulatory framework remains the core bottleneck restricting further expansion.

According to BlockBeats, on June 24th, Hyperinsight monitoring showed that the total trading volume of SPCX (SpaceX) related contracts in the crypto market reached $5.3 billion in the past trading day. Compared to the Nasdaq's $23.9 billion trading volume for SpaceX during the same period, SPCX's trading volume is approximately 22.1% of that, representing 18% of the total, indicating a continued increase in penetration. Binance contributed approximately $3 billion in trading volume, while Trade.xyz contributed approximately $820 million.

Trade.xyz's overall performance saw a total trading volume of $3.4 billion over the past day.
