If creators do not use this opportunity immediately, they can do so later when needed. For existing tokens, the fees of tokens with allocated fees will be locked, while tokens still using the standard fee will have one opportunity to change them.

These tokens were not recently purchased, suggesting the whale may have been reorganizing its wallets through exchanges.
