Huoxun Finance reports that cryptocurrency derivatives company STS Digital has announced the launch of its digital asset structured product platform, with Kraken as its first distribution partner. The platform allows clients to use pre-defined return structures and employs options-based strategies. Kraken has integrated the platform via its API to support its dual-investment product—offering eligible clients a fixed return on Bitcoin. It is reported that on February 26th, STS Digital completed a $30 million strategic funding round, led by CMT Digital, with Kraken's parent company, Payward, also participating. The company stated that the funds will be used to expand its crypto options trading platform and institutional market access.

According to Huoxun Finance, Vetle Lunde, Head of Research at K33, pointed out that Bitcoin prices have been consolidating in the $60,000 to $75,000 range in recent weeks, while trading volumes on exchange-traded products and the behavior of long-term holders have stabilized. He described this price movement as "typically correlated with market bottoms" and believes that the price range of just over $70,000 for Bitcoin is attractive to medium- to long-term investors. Lunde further stated that since late February, Bitcoin ETF flows have turned slightly positive, suggesting that the sell-off since reaching its all-time high last October may be nearing its end. He explained that the previous outflows stemmed from profit-taking when Bitcoin prices fell below investors' cost price, creating a supply-demand feedback loop; however, as prices fell, the motivation to sell gradually weakened, and demand began to stabilize.

According to Huoxun Finance, Franklin Templeton and Ondo Finance have partnered to launch tokenized versions of their ETFs, which can be traded 24/7 in crypto wallets, bypassing traditional brokerage accounts and limited trading hours. The products cover US stocks, fixed income, and gold, initially targeting investors in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. The five tokenized funds are: the Growth US Equity Strategy Fund (FFOG), the Systematic Large-Cap Equity Fund (FLQL), the Gold Fund (FGDL), the High Yield Corporate Bond Fund (FLHY), and the Income US Equity Strategy Fund (INCE).
