数据：超过100万家美国商户现已通过Square接受比特币支付

PANews 5月13日消息，据Bitcoin Magazine报道，Block团队成员披露，该公司旗下Square已为约100万美国商户自动启用比特币支付功能，支持客户通过闪电网络用比特币支付，商户以美元结算，系统后台完成实时兑换。该功能自3月30日起默认对符合条件的美国卖家开放，高峰时每8秒就有一家新商户激活。Block比特币产品负责人Miles Suter表示，比特币必须流通而非闲置，否则将失去其作为点对点现金的变革价值。
