PANews 1月31日消息，据央视新闻，当地时间30日，美国参议院通过了为联邦政府大部分部门提供资金的支出法案，并将该法案提交众议院审议。美国数个联邦部门的运转资金将于1月30日耗尽。美国参议院民主党领袖查克·舒默的发言人29日表示，参议院民主、共和两党已就政府拨款法案达成一项协议，以避免政府部分“停摆”。舒默发言人表示，达成的协议包括推进政府拨款法案，为本财年剩余时间里政府大部分部门提供资金，同时为国土安全部提供两周的临时拨款，以便双方继续就限制该部门移民执法行动进行谈判。
