KUALA LUMPUR, July 27 — The Malaysia Blockchain Week (MYBW) event lineup promises toengage Web3 regulars and interested parties alike with Web3 community events in an on-ground experience at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).

MYBW will make its mark on Malaysian soil with a series of side events which began on 25 July, before culminating in the main event on 31 July - 1 August.

THE APPETISERS FOR A TASTE

The conference's’ self-made webapp will guide visitors in navigating all the exciting events planned for MYBW. The webapp includes event schedules, speaker agendas, exhibitors’ booth information and more in one easy-to-use practical application.

Over 40+ side events will be held across the week, such as the BRIDG3 Hackathon by Growth Charger, where innovators and tech enthusiasts come together to connect the worlds of Web    2.0 and Web 3.0; the Crypto for Beginners Networking Event, for curious beginners and enthusiasts to understand the fundamentals of crypto; the OffChain Global Conference, an event to explore everything Web3 could provide; an esports match for up-and-coming Web3 game Matr1xfire; and much more.

THE MAIN COURSE OF EVENTS

Those in the blockchain community will be familiar with airdrop farming, where users actively   search for and participate in airdrops to accumulate as many tokens as possible by looking for new projects and doing tasks.

Well, MYBW’s twist is to bring airdrop farming in the Web3 world to real life for a true IRL experience! Their self-made webapp is your ticket to potentially winning live airdrops throughout the event by interacting with exhibitors, so be sure to keep an eye on it throughout the week.There will be physical items and tokens airdropped during the course of the main event.

The main event will feature two full days of industry expertise, which revolve around the five key tracks of: Regulatory; Blockchain and Traceability; Defi and Syariah Digital Economy; NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens) and Gaming; and AI, bringing Malaysia forward in the pinnacle of blockchain innovation.
