PANews 8月12日消息，据财联社报道，Cognition AI公司目前正与投资者展开新一轮融资的早期磋商，这笔交易有望将这家代码领域初创企业的估值提升50%以上，至少达到400亿美元。该公司当前的年化营收运行速率已接近10亿美元，几乎是上一轮融资时披露数据的两倍。按照预期，Cognition本轮拟募集资金规模将超过10亿美元，但该公司仍有可能最终决定不进行融资，或是选择条款不同的其他融资方案。
