PANews 7月27日消息，据NVIDIA Blog，NVIDIA（英伟达）联合 Adobe、CrowdStrike、IBM、Microsoft、Red Hat、SpaceXAI 等多家企业及 Linux Foundation 等机构，成立 Open Secure AI Alliance（开放安全人工智能联盟），旨在构建并共享开源模型、代理“harness”和安全工具，用于网络安全和AI安全防御。联盟将贡献包括 NVIDIA NOOA 代理框架、HPE 参与的 SPIFFE/SPIRE 零信任身份标准、Hugging Face 的 Safetensors 模型权重格式、IBM 与 Red Hat 的 Lightwell 供应链签名补丁、Microsoft 的 MDASH 多模型漏洞扫描系统，以及 SpaceXAI 开源 Grok Build 代码代理并计划开放 Grok 模型权重。联盟同时呼吁监管机构将开放模型和工具视为防御资产，而非监管负担。
