David Sacks批评利用监管制造FUD打压开源AI竞争

PANews 7月19日消息，美国总统科技顾问委员会联合主席 David Sacks 转帖回应OpenAI战略未来主管Dean W. Ball关于中国开源AI模型的观点称，若政府通过发布缺乏充分依据的监管指引，刻意制造不确定性（FUD）迫使受监管企业放弃使用中国开源模型，将损害法治并为未来滥用监管开创危险先例。Sacks表示，监管决策应建立在事实、逻辑和证据基础上，而非刻意放大恐惧与不确定性。他还指出，当前AI政策已进入关键阶段，领先的闭源模型厂商正试图借助政府力量削弱开源竞争，呼吁硅谷支持开放竞争。
