新罕布什尔州议员将于周三就1亿美元比特币债券举行听证会

PANews 7月8日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，美国新罕布什尔州商业金融管理局（BFA）定于周三就发行1亿美元比特币担保债券举行公开听证会。该计划于2025年11月获BFA批准，需获州长和五人执行委员会最终批准。债券由私人借款方CleanSpark提供抵押品，对州基金或纳税人无追索权。Moody's在3月给予该债券Ba2初步评级（投机级）。新罕布什尔州是首个通过战略比特币储备法的州，允许将5%公共资金投资于数字资产。
