印度央行建议实施“隔离+禁入”式加密资产管控

PANews 7月3日消息，据《Economic Times》报道，印度央行（RBI）在向国会财政常设委员会提交的意见中表示，禁止仍是国际监管框架中的重要选项，建议采取倾向“禁止”的遏制策略，将银行等受监管金融机构与加密资产和私人发行的稳定币完全隔离。RBI警告，若按传统金融资产方式纳入监管，或会对“无实际经济效益”的高投机产品形成“安全”假象，并引发金融稳定风险。RBI同时强调，普及使用稳定币可能削弱货币主权、干扰货币政策传导并割裂支付体系，重申应通过央行数字货币（CBDC）强化本国数字支付基础设施。
