宇树科技获批科创板IPO注册

PANews 7月2日消息，宇树科技股份有限公司首发股票并在上海证券交易所科创板上市的注册申请已获同意。证监会表示，本次发行须严格按照报送上交所的招股说明书及发行承销方案执行，本批复自同意注册之日起12个月内有效。自同意注册至股票发行结束前，如公司发生重大事项，需及时报告上交所并按规定处理。
