PANews 6月18日消息，据央视新闻报道，美国当地时间17日，美伊双方已远程签署谅解备忘录。美官员称文件由特朗普亲自签署，现已生效。伊朗外交部发言人巴加埃表示，从备忘录生效之时起，即现在开始，将在60天内就核问题和制裁问题展开谈判。协议签署前，美伊公布双方达成的谅解备忘录正式文本，就外界普遍关注的伊朗核议题，文本内容显示，伊朗重申其不会获取或研制核武器，双方同意在国际原子能机构的监督下对伊朗的浓缩铀进行现场稀释等。
