PANews 5月24日消息，据 The Block 报道，法庭文件显示，在 FTX US 交易所于 2022 年倒闭前担任其主要外部法律顾问的硅谷律师事务所 Fenwick & West 已同意支付 5400 万美元，以了结有关其协助 Sam Bankman-Fried 实施欺诈的指控。该和解协议是 FTX 第二批和解协议的一部分，其他和解协议还包括审计机构 Prager Metis 支付的 1175 万美元和前 NBA 球员 Udonis Haslem 支付的 42 万美元。第二批 FTX 集体诉讼和解金额合计约 6617 万美元。Fenwick 否认存在不当行为，并且仍在华盛顿面临另一起 5.25 亿美元的诉讼，该诉讼并未因和解协议而得到解决。
