PANews 5月19日消息，据CoinDesk报道，纳斯达克上市WLFI财库公司AI Financial在SEC文件中警告，其流动性状况引发对其持续经营能力的重大疑虑，可能无法撑过今年。该公司前身为Alt5 Sigma，持有72.8亿枚WLFI代币，账面价值7.06亿美元，较约14.6亿美元的成本基础大幅缩水。所有代币均受合同锁定期限制无法出售，其中35.3亿枚12个月内不可转让，37.5亿枚需经股东批准等条件方可解锁。公司季末现金仅1050万美元，营运资金缺口550万美元。
