PANews 5月7日消息，Bitwise首席投资官Matt Hougan宣布其公司推出首只代币化基金 Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund（USCC），通过参与加密货币基差交易获取市场中性收益，并接管原由 Superstate 管理的同名产品，后者将继续提供底层技术支持。Bitwise 提醒称，相关基金仅面向合格投资者，以私募方式发行，份额未在《1933 年证券法》及《1940 年投资公司法》下注册，目前不提供赎回机制，投资者可能面临高波动及全部亏损风险。
