PANews 5月5日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，Elon Musk 已同意支付150万美元，以和解美国证券交易委员会（SEC）对其在2022年未能适当披露其不断增加的 Twitter 持股的相关指控。
据悉，马斯克未承认相关指控。此前，SEC指控马斯克在2022年收购Twitter股份过程中，未能按规定及时披露其持股已超过5%的情况。
