PANews 4月29日消息，据官方消息，Over基金会宣布，因资金短缺，已停止运营Over Protocol的所有基础设施及相关服务，包括OverWallet、OverNode、OverFlex、RPC端点、区块浏览器及API，并无恢复计划。基金会表示，尽管Over Protocol在设计中是去中心化的Layer 1主网，但随着其服务终止，该链在实践中极大概率将无法继续运行，区块的持续生成取决于独立验证者是否运行开源客户端软件，基金会无法指导或保证这一结果。
