PANews 4月15日消息，伊朗外交部发言人当天说，美国给伊朗提出一揽子方案并希望伊朗“全盘接受”，美国很清楚“这是不可能的”，这不符合谈判和对话的逻辑。该发言人表示，此前，伊朗通过巴基斯坦向美国方面提交了10项停战条款，以回应所谓美方停火“15点计划”。发言人说，伊朗在波斯湾沿岸国家的参与下，完全有能力保障中东地区的安全，前提是美国停止军事干预和战争挑衅。任何来自地区外的干预只会让问题变得更复杂。很多欧洲国家“避免落入美国的军事陷阱”是明智的。
