PANews 4月15日消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，多资产交易平台 eToro 已同意收购加密钱包提供商 Zengo ，交易金额约 7000 万美元，旨在将自托管工具整合进其多资产投资平台。 Zengo 为一款非托管钱包，采用多方计算（ MPC ）技术并取消助记词，由用户直接控制私钥，以降低密钥遗失或被盗风险。 eToro 称，此举将支持代币化资产、去中心化交易、预测市场和永续合约等新用例。 Zengo 成立于 2018 年，目前用户超 200 万，其钱包将独立于 eToro 受监管业务运行，用户将直接与第三方协议交互。交易仍需满足相关交割条件。
