PANews 4月14日消息，据彭博社报道，德意志交易所集团（ Deutsche Börse AG ）向加密交易平台 Kraken 母公司 Payward Inc. 投资 2 亿美元，获得其约 1.5% 的全面摊薄股权。该交易预计在第二季度完成，尚需监管批准。 Kraken 在去年 11 月的一次股份出售中估值约 200 亿美元。
