PANews 4月14日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，欧洲央行在最新宏观审慎公报中表示，代币化技术只有在锚定央行货币、基础设施保持互操作、监管“稳健且支持”的前提下，才能提升欧盟资本市场效率。欧洲央行指出，DLT有助于深化欧盟储蓄与投资联盟，但收益取决于互操作基础设施和政策制定者对新风险的把控。报告强调，效率提升需避免不兼容平台的碎片化，并确保代币化市场结算可使用央行货币。代币化债券已有降低借贷成本和收窄买卖价差的初步证据，但这些效益仍是试探性和有条件的，技术、法律和流动性风险依然存在。报告还分析了代币化货币市场基金和符合MiCA的欧元稳定币，指出它们存在类似流动性风险和运行风险，并叠加了新的操作脆弱性。欧洲央行明确表示，代币化可以支持其整合资本市场的愿景，但前提是政策、审慎规则和央行基础设施同步发展。
