PANews 4月13日消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）旗下交易与市场部发布一则针对加密用户界面的工作人员声明，称在特定条件下，允许部分提供“自托管钱包+前端界面”的服务方，在未注册为券商的情况下运营。声明将此类“覆盖用户界面”定义为帮助用户通过自托管钱包在区块链或智能合约上主动发起加密资产证券交易的网站、应用或浏览器扩展。SEC表示，如界面提供方不主动招揽投资者、不通过“最佳价格”等表述引导路由选择，并建立分析交易场所的相应政策与流程等，执法层面“将不反对”其以非券商身份运营。该文件为临时性工作人员立场，不构成正式规则，SEC同时征求业界意见。
