PANews 4月10日消息，据香港公司注册处及财新网查册信息，截至2026年4月，碇点金融科技有限公司由渣打银行（香港）持股50.5%，为控股股东；安拟集团（Animoca Brands）持股37.5%，香港电讯通过Quality Champion Limited间接持股12%。整体呈现“银行主导、科技与电信辅助”的稳定币合资模式。
