PANews 3月31日消息，纳斯达克上市的比特币矿企Bitfarms披露2025财年营收2.29亿美元，同比增长72%，但持续经营业务净亏损2.09亿美元。截至3月27日，其现金与比特币流动性约5.2亿美元，并宣布已获股东批准最早于2026年4月1日完成迁册美国并更名为Keel Infrastructure，股票代码预计将改为KEEL。公司同时计划“择机”出售约2400枚、价值约1.61亿美元的比特币，用于投入HPC与AI基础设施建设，进一步淡化纯比特币矿企定位。
