PANews 4月1日消息，据彭博社报道，新罕布什尔州商业金融管理局计划发行1亿美元比特币支持的市政债券，这是首例将高风险加密资产与传统安全资产结合的金融产品。该债券获得穆迪Ba2评级，低于投资级两个等级。债券本息将通过比特币抵押品产生的收益支付，若比特币价格跌破特定阈值，信托将被清算以全额偿付债券持有人。Wave Digital Assets负责日常交易管理，BitGo Bank & Trust担任托管人，比特币矿企CleanSpark借入资金并提供比特币抵押品。新罕布什尔州州长表示，此举在不涉及州资金或纳税人风险的情况下，为州带来新的投资机会。
