PANews 4月1日消息，据CNBC报道，欧洲加密资产管理公司CoinShares已于周二晚间完成与SPAC公司Vine Hill Capital的合并交易，将于4月1日在纳斯达克开始交易，合并后公司估值约12亿美元，股票代码CSHR。该公司管理资产规模约60亿美元，提供包括CoinShares比特币ETF在内的结构化投资产品。CEO Jean-Marie Mognetti表示，上市是为了在美国市场实现增长，虽然当前加密股票面临行业性下跌，但公司认为上市时机取决于业务准备情况而非市场窗口。此前CoinShares已在瑞典纳斯达克斯德哥尔摩交易所上市。
