PANews 4月1日消息，据CoinDesk报道，澳大利亚通过《2025年公司修正案（数字资产框架）法案》，首次建立全面的数字资产监管框架，要求加密货币交易所和托管平台在六个月内获得澳大利亚金融服务许可证。该法案在《公司法》下新增两类受监管类别：持有用户加密资产的数字资产平台，以及持有现实世界资产并发行对应数字代币的代币化托管平台。两者均须向澳大利亚证券与投资委员会申请金融服务牌照，遵守与经纪商和基金管理公司相同的客户资产保护、信息披露、行为规范及争议解决要求。
