PANews 3月30日消息，美国国务卿鲁比奥称，绝不允许伊朗永久控制霍尔木兹海峡、建立收费系统等。鲁比奥当天在接受媒体采访时说，美国旨在“数周内而非数月内”实现对伊朗的军事行动目标。他说：“他（美国总统特朗普）倾向于外交途径。这些（谈判的）努力尚处于起步阶段。一些谈判正在进行，包括通过中间人。”鲁比奥说：“但我们也必须为这种努力（谈判）可能失败做好准备”，伊朗“正在发出威胁，要永久控制霍尔木兹海峡，建立收费系统等。这绝不允许发生。”
