PANews 3月30日消息，据彭博社报道，特朗普第二任期的总统科技顾问委员会（PCAST）公布首批15人名单，但未包括 Elon Musk、OpenAI CEO Sam Altman 和 Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei 等前沿大模型企业负责人。现有成员以 Nvidia CEO 黄仁勋、AMD CEO Lisa Su、Oracle 创始人 Larry Ellison、Dell Technologies 创始人 Michael Dell 等芯片和基础设施企业领导者为主，强调“builder”和实业经验。该委员会可扩至24人，将就科学技术政策、经济、就业和国家安全向总统提供建议，反映白宫当前更倚重AI基础设施建设方参与政策制定的取向。
