PANews 3月27日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，欧洲央行一份工作人员论文指出，DeFi协议的治理代币高度中心化，Aave、MakerDAO、Ampleforth、Uniswap的治理代币约半数或更多持有量与协议本身或交易所相关。主要的投票参与者多为委托代表，而在许多情况下，这些代表既无法被识别，也无法与代币持有者建立关联。该研究对DeFi DAO是否具备足够的去中心化程度以排除在MiCA监管框架之外提出质疑，并为政策制定者将相关实体纳入监管提供了参考。
