A new legislative push in Missouri is proposing to place XRP alongside major digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and USDC in a state-managed reserve. The House Committee Substitute for HB 2080, sponsored by Representative Ben Keathley, has advanced with a “Do Pass” recommendation after clearing the Commerce Committee in a 6–2 vote.
