PANews 3月13日消息，以太坊创始人Vitalik Buterin在X平台发文，提出了一种提升个人安全且低成本保障公民自由的工具，即每个人都应拥有简便且具有“可抵赖性”的随手报警方式。例如，预先设定几个秘密词汇，当手表、手机或家中设备听到这些词汇时，自动静默拨打911并向警方实时传输位置。这对于担心被绑架或抢劫的加密货币持有者尤其有效。Vitalik表示，如果环境能确保抢劫发生时至少有20%的概率警察会立即赶到，且劫匪无法察觉报警是否已触发，那么此类犯罪将因风险过高而失去可行性。由于该功能需要受害者主动采取行动才能运行，因此被政府滥用于大规模监控的风险相对较低。
