纽交所母公司ICE入股加密交易所OKX，后者估值约250亿美元

PANews 3月5日消息，纽约证券交易所母公司 Intercontinental Exchange（ICE）宣布已投资加密交易所 OKX，本轮对 OKX 估值约 250 亿美元，并将获得一席董事会席位。OKX 将向 ICE 提供加密货币实时价格数据，并计划自 2026 年下半年起，向其 1.2亿 用户开放交易在纽交所上市的链上股票及衍生品。ICE 此前曾宣布自建基于区块链的代币化证券交易基础设施，并投资预测市场平台 Polymarket。OKX 此前与美国司法部就无牌汇款业务达成 5 亿美元和解，并于今年在美国重启业务，称将为上述新产品在美扩充团队。
