PANews 2月14日消息，据陕西发布公众号，在人民银行陕西省分行的指导下，招商银行西安分行为陕西省某大型企业成功发行2026年度第一期科技创新债券，并以数字人民币形式完成全部募集资金归集，金额达3亿元。业内人士指出，该笔业务不仅是陕西省首单数字人民币科创债券，也是数字人民币在直接融资领域创新场景应用的实践，对完善数字人民币生态体系、推动陕西省金融市场业务创新具有积极意义。
