PANews 1月31日消息，据央视新闻，当地时间1月31日凌晨，美国联邦政府多个部门运转资金耗尽。由于新的预算尚未通过，美国政府多个部门又陷入“停摆”。此时距离去年美国史上最长的43天政府“停摆”结束尚不足3个月，而即使目前正在国会表决的新预算能顺利通过，个别部门也只是获得了两周的拨款。也就是说，半个月后，美国政府可能又要陷入短期内第三次“停摆”。
