某IT男比特币账户遭两地警方查扣价值逾8000万元，案件罪名多次变更

PANews 1月20日消息，据澎湃新闻报道，深圳IT从业者李东因持有大量比特币，先后被湖南张家界与河南长葛警方以“开设赌场”等罪名立案调查。张家界警方扣押其103枚BTC并变现近5,000万元人民币，长葛警方则扣押80枚BTC，合计价值逾8,000万元。案件后转为“盗窃罪、侵犯公民个人信息罪”起诉，目前已于1月在长葛市法院开庭审理，法庭宣布休庭，将择期再审。
