PANews 1月13日消息，据彭博社报道，总部位于美国俄克拉荷马的加密友好银行Old Glory将通过与Digital Asset Acquisition Corp.的SPAC交易上市，交易估值2.5亿美元。其中包含1.76亿美元SPAC资金及至少5000万美元私募投资。Old Glory致力于将加密资产全面整合进传统银行业务，计划以“OGB”为代号在纳斯达克挂牌。
