PANews 1月13日消息，据Protos报道，自2023年5月以来，Bitcoin Core维护人员首次增加了拥有向Bitcoin Core软件主分支提交代码权限的受信任密钥数量。2026年1月8日，化名开发者TheCharlatan（又称“sedited”）加入其中，成为第六位受信任密钥持有者。在与其他核心贡献者的群聊中，至少有20位成员同意TheCharlatan获得这一权限，且无人对其提名措辞提出异议，他被评价为“在代码库关键领域贡献卓著，对发布给用户和开发者的内容审慎考量，并且深刻理解技术共识流程”。TheCharlatan毕业于苏黎世大学计算机科学专业，专注于软件可复现构建以及Bitcoin Core验证逻辑的开发工作。
