迪拜禁止隐私币并收紧稳定币监管规则

PANews 1月12日消息，据CoinDesk报道，迪拜金融服务管理局（DFSA）自1月12日起在迪拜国际金融中心（DIFC）禁止隐私币交易、推广及衍生品活动，理由为其难以满足反洗钱及制裁合规要求。新规亦重定义稳定币，仅认可由法币和高质量资产支持的“法币加密代币”；算法稳定币如Ethena不被视为稳定币。此外，DFSA将代币适用性评估责任转交持牌机构执行，监管重点转向合规性执行。
