PANews 12月22日消息，据信报报道，胜利证券通知称，自 12 月 19 日起，对系统识别为来自“中国内地” IP 地址的虚拟资产账户实施“禁止买入”限制。此举为响应内地近期加强监管虚拟资产交易的措施，意在堵塞以内地 IP 参与交易的漏洞。该安排在香港客户使用内地 IP 的情况下亦适用，目前未提及卖出或提币受限及覆盖范围的进一步细节。
