PANews 12月11日消息，据DL News报道，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）宣布，与法定货币（如美元或英镑）挂钩的稳定币将成为未来的一大重点监管对象。这一举措是英国为促进经济增长而采取的更广泛举措的一部分，这些举措还包括金融服务数字化、提升国际贸易竞争力以及扩大对小企业的贷款服务等。FCA首席执行官Nikhil Rathi在致英国首相Keir Starmer的说明中写道，FCA计划于2026年“敲定数字资产规则，并推动英国发行的英镑稳定币取得进展”。Rathi表示：“我们将继续勇于承担更大风险以支持经济增长，同时坚守保护消费者和确保市场诚信的承诺。”Rathi还表示，除了推进人工智能应用案例外，该机构还优先将传统资产迁移至区块链。他说：“我们还将使我们世界领先的资产管理行业能够对其基金进行代币化，从而提高效率，增强竞争力。”
