Fuse Taps Check Point to Secure Blockchain with AI-Based Real-Time Firewall
Fuse Network , a prominent Layer 2 blockchain platform, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., a cybersecurity provider. The cooperation presents an AI-based firewall that protects blockchain-based apps and solutions in real-time.
The firewall technology developed by Check Point is designed to fight fire as threats occur. Unlike conventional security instruments that only detect problems when they appear, this new layer tackles them from the root. It will be the first time a blockchain network will incorporate this solution to monitor live threats and counter them within wallets, smart contracts, and dApps.
Threat Prevention for All Fuse Network
The partnership aims to mitigate the prevention of security issues, such as those affecting decentralized finance and other blockchain payment forms. Fuse’s real-time firewall reduces vulnerability to hacks and other risks that affect digital assets and smart contracts.
Overall, combining with Check Point helps Fuse improve its security layers within the infrastructure and gradually form a safety environment for developers and clients. The firewall is equipped with an AI system that leverages over thirty years of Check Point collection, enabling the AI system to detect any anomalies and risks in attacking the network.
Check Point Supporting Fuse’s Broader Web3 Strategy
Fuse has been operating in the Web3 space recently, and earlier this year, the firm introduced Ember Nodes. These nodes help enable users to participate in governance and network validation. The integration of real-time threat prevention features will also be expected to improve the security of these features.
This aligns well with Fuse’s ongoing mission to offer stablecoin payment capabilities to the commercial sector. Through Check Point’s technology integration, it aims to enhance its users’ confidence while ensuring ongoing business.
The role of Check Point in this collaboration demonstrates how the company has been keen on integrating its conventional security solutions in the blockchain and Web3 space. The deployment of the firewall on Fuse represents one solution to several security issues that have hindered the development and stability of blockchain technology.
