由于各种失误，63.6万枚以太坊已永远丢失，占代币流通供应量0.5%，约11.5亿美元

博链财经BroadChain获悉，3月21日，据The Block， Coinbase 产品战略和业务运营总监Conor Grogan表示，由于错误和人为错误，已经永远丢失了约11.5亿美元的 以太坊 ，具体数字为约63.6万，占代币流通供应量的0.5%。
其中，大约30.6万 ETH 是由于2017年Parity加密钱包中的一个漏洞造成的；
倒闭的 加密货币 交易所Quadriga则因合约故障损失了6万 ETH；
Akutars NFT系列在失败的Mint中损失了1.15万ETH；
此外，以太坊用户已累计将2.4万 ETH发送到一个销毁地址，该地址将无法再访问代币。
