博链财经获悉，5月16日， 加密资产 经纪商Voyager Digital通过私募发行筹集到6000万美元。
Alameda Research领投，Galaxy Digital、Blockdaemon以及Digital Currency Group等也参与了此次配售。
当发行完成后，Voyager Digital将拥有超过2.25亿美元的流动性，包括约1.75亿美元的现金和另外5000万美元的 加密货币 。
截至2022年3月31日，Voyager Digital一季度营收为1.027亿美元，同比增长70%。
