There will never be more HOGE in circulation than there are now. Each time a trade is made using HOGE, 1% of the trade is removed or "burned" from the total supply. This increases the scarcity of each HOGE in circulation. In addition, 1% is allocated between each HOGE holder. This means that each time a HOGE is used, it increases the value of the remaining HOGE in circulation by simultaneously reducing the supply (deflation), while also distributing the HOGE to everyone who uses the token.
