Withdrawal notification scope expanded to users in four countries; Binance will charge a monthly fee and close affected accounts by year-end

Odaily Planet Daily News: Binance spokesperson stated that after the MiCA transition period, Binance is gradually restricting certain services for affected users and has notified users in Spain, France, Italy, and Poland to withdraw their cryptocurrency assets as soon as possible. Currently, these accounts can no longer deposit funds but still allow withdrawals, with assets remaining secure and accessible. Starting November 29, a monthly fee of 0.025% or 10 USDC, whichever is higher, will be charged on the remaining cryptocurrency balance in affected accounts; affected accounts will be closed by December 31, 2026.
