Odaily Planet Daily reported on September 4th that Balancer stated its team has sent on-chain messages to wallets linked to the August 31st Balancer V1 vulnerability attack, offering a bounty for the return of stolen funds and promising not to pursue legal action for the return itself once the conditions are met. If the wallets do not respond by 5 PM on September 9th, Balancer will take technical, on-chain, and legal measures to track down the attackers. The incident resulted in a loss of approximately $234,000.
