博链财经BroadChain获悉，12月30日，彭博ETF分析师James Seyffart表示，景顺（Invesco US）和Galaxy Digital为 比特币 现货 ETF提交最新版修订后S-1文件，指定JP Morgan SEC urities（摩根大通）以及Virtu Americas为其ETF授权参与方（AP）。
文件显示，自该产品首次在交易所上市之日起的6个月内，将免除前50亿美元信托资产的全部经办人费用（Sponsor Fee）。
