By applying for the Order Taker and binding the Trading API, you agree to the following disclaimer: 

 1. Responsibility for the use of the API: The single operator understands and confirms that the binding of the trading API for the execution of contract transactions. All transactions executed through the API are independent of the order taker's decision-making, and is fully responsible for the results of the transaction.

 2. Security: The order taker is responsible for protecting the security of his/her API key. Unauthorised access or use may result in loss of funds. The broker is required to immediately notify the platform in writing of any unauthorised use. 

3. Trading Risks: The use of trading APIs involves market risks, including but not limited to price fluctuations, slippage, etc. The Leader shall exercise independent judgement in determining market risks. With a single member should independently judge the market risk, the platform is not responsible for losses caused by market movements. 

4. technical problems: trading API use may be affected by technical problems, including but not limited to system failure, network interruption. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by technical problems.

7. API privileges: The Leader understands and agrees that the scope of privileges tied to the API will allow the execution of contract transactions. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by improper use of API privileges.

8. Changes to the Disclaimer: The Platform reserves the right to amend the Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be notified by the Platform. By continuing to use the API, the order taker agrees to any changes to the disclaimer.
